To Change An Existing Appointment: Please call my office at (833)444-9555 or email contact@intuitivelibby.com. I have a strict 24 business-hour change policy. At that time, a session can be re-booked to a new date within 3 months of the first reservation providing you adhere to the 24 business hour change policy. A session may not be rescheduled more than two times.

To Cancel An Existing Appointment: Please call my office at (833)444-9555. I have a strict 24 business-hour cancellation policy. You will be refunded the session fee minus 20% as long as you adhered to the 24 business-hour cancellation policy. If said cancellation occurs outside of these guidelines, you will forfeit the entire session fee.

NO REFUNDS will be granted for missed appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it.

Not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

I reserve the right NOT to offer appointments to certain individuals. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser.

Please understand that not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment.
